Managing the humans who work with your Organization — Org Admins, Location Admins, Staff, and Outside Promotions partners.

Overview​

The People page (formerly "User Management") is where Org Admins and Location Admins invite, edit, and remove accounts. It covers every non-Member persona in one place:

  • Org Admins — full access across the Organization
  • Location Admins — scoped to specific locations
  • Staff — venue floor users; the device's kiosk mode (Door, Bar, Sign-Up, All) decides what they can do
  • Outside Promotions — external partners working on commission
