Learn how to log in to your ClubVIP account and reset your password if needed.

What is it?​

The ClubVIP portal is where you manage your VIP card program. You'll use it to set up card tiers, configure perks, track customers, and run reports.

How to log in​

  1. Open your web browser and go to www.hedgesvip.com
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Sign In

✅ Success! You'll see your dashboard.

First time logging in?

Check your email for your temporary password. You'll be asked to change it after your first login.

Forgot your password?​

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Send reset link
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and enter your new password
  6. Click Reset password

✅ Success! You can now log in with your new password.

Common questions​

Q: I didn't receive a password reset email. What should I do?

A: Check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, contact support at support@hedgesvip.com.

Q: My password reset link expired. Can I get a new one?

A: Yes! Just go through the "Forgot password" flow again to get a new link. Links expire after 24 hours.

Q: What are the password requirements?

A: Your password must be at least 8 characters and include at least one number and one special character (like ! or @).
