Managing Customer records and VIP memberships. Customers were previously called "Members" — this page moved from /features/members.

Overview​

The Customers page lets you view, search, and manage all cardholders in your Organization — anyone who has received a VIP card, service-industry card, push promotion, or coupon. From here you can update tier assignments, suspend or revoke cards, and review visit history. Find it under Customers in the sidebar.
