Staff

Managing the people who work for your Organization — Org Admins, Location Admins, and Staff. This page was previously called "People" (and before that, "User Management") and moved from /features/people.

Overview​

The Staff page in the sidebar is where Org Admins and Location Admins invite, edit, and remove the accounts of everyone who works for the venue:

  • Org Admins — full access across the Organization
  • Location Admins — scoped to specific locations
  • Staff — venue floor users; the device's kiosk mode (Hostess, Bar, Sign-Up, All) decides what they can do

Promoters — external partners who don't work for the venue and issue coupons for commission — are managed separately under the top-level Promoters sidebar item, with their payouts under External Sales.

  • Invite Org Admins, Location Admins, and Staff
  • Assign roles
  • Assign location access for location-scoped roles
  • Manage pending invitations and active accounts side-by-side
