Wallet Configuration

Technical reference for wallet pass configuration. The Org Admin workspace for this is Settings → Card Design (formerly the separate "Wallet Editor" and "Wallet Templates" pages).

Overview​

Wallet passes can be customized with your Organization's branding, colors, and layout.

Configuration Hierarchy​

  1. Organization level - Default for all locations
  2. Brand level - Specific brand identity
  3. Location level - Location-specific designs
  4. Tier level - Different colors per tier

Customizable Elements​

  • Background color
  • Logo and branding
  • Text colors and fonts
  • Field layouts
  • Barcode format

Technical Requirements​

  • Logo: PNG format, 300x300 minimum
  • Colors: Hex format (#RRGGBB)
  • Fonts: System fonts or web-safe fonts
  • Barcode: QR code recommended
